1. Your Right to Return

You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU law and applies to all products we sell.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Returned within 14 days of receipt
• In their original condition — unused and undamaged
• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless the damage is covered under our warranty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sjrisinajumi@inbox.lv with the subject line “Return Request — [your order number]”
2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return (optional but helpful)
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address
4. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided
5. Send us the tracking number once dispatched

4. Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in return transit. Original outbound shipping was free and is non-refundable (as there was no charge).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Card payments: refunded to the original card via Stripe
• Klarna: refunded according to Klarna’s refund process

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund after we issue it. This is outside our control.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sjrisinajumi@inbox.lv with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault or issue
• Photographs clearly showing the problem

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by SJR SIA and a full refund or replacement will be provided.

7. Warranty Claims

All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. If a product develops a defect within 2 years of delivery, contact us at sjrisinajumi@inbox.lv. Warranty claims are handled separately from the 14-day return right and are not subject to the same return conditions.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Products damaged by the customer after delivery
• Custom or bespoke orders made to specific customer specifications
